Matches made in heaven. There are many combinations in life that, once put together, just seem to fit perfectly. Like puzzle pieces. I have the pleasure of seeing these matches every day. And today’s California vintage wedding is a prime example. Pierre-Olivier, Montreal based wedding photographer sent me this charming vintage wedding and it was instantly undeniable, Mason and Cristi are just perfect together.  I knew so from the second I laid eye on their cute, vintage engagement photos, but these lovely photos sealed the deal.  They’re just cuteness squared.  And you’ll be happy to know there’s more to come from this wedding later today…

Montreal wedding photographer Pierre-Olivier Briglio fills us in on this incredible day: You will recognize this super cute couple by the names of Mason and Cristi that have designed, planned, and essentially done everything themselves to make their day special.. They held both the ceremony and reception at a barn in San Marcos, Ca. Some notable moments of the ceremony took place when Mason and Cristi took turns washing their feet, symbolizing a cleansing of the spirit, therefore starting their lives fresh together.. They also built a fence to use has a backdrop, to make more of a at home feeling. Prior to the ceremony, Mason had drew a tree on Canvas, and had all guests thumb print leaves on the branches of the tree. Also, Cristi had her grandmothers old silverware that she adhered to a board constructed to symbolize her grandmothers being which was bittersweet considering she couldn’t attend. The ring bearers bird nest holding the rings is crafty as well.
